How do I know if my order was placed?

We know you can’t wait to receive your Amukee products and neither can we! Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

When will my order ship?

You can expect your wonderful Amukee products to ship within 1-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays)

When will my order arrive?

We know waiting for your products is always tough.  We work very quickly so you can receive them as soon as possible.  Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3-5 days.

Can I cancel an order?

We’re sorry to hear you would like to cancel an order.  You can cancel an order within 24 hours by emailing me at faby@amukeeshop.com.  Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order after 24 hours.

Can I modify an order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.  You can cancel the order if they are within 24 hours by emailing me at faby@amukeeshop.com

Do you offer free shipping?

You’re in luck.  Yes, all our products ship for free within the Continental USA.

What is your return policy?

We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase you’ve made.  This is not a problem at all. We value all of our customers and your satisfaction is our # 1 priority.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund.  As a result of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused with tags still attached.  We offer free shipping with all products, but customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Exemption: All body piercing sales are final.  No Returns

Made to order and personalized gifts, are also final. No Returns or exchanges.

If there's any problem with the order, please provide a photo showing the issue where possible. If there's damage or a defect with the item, the wrong item was received, or there was a mistake with engravings, you can contact us and request a Remake.

If the gift box was damaged, or a graphical necklace has a defective chain, you can request a replacement.
Amukee Shop does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as Delivered by the carrier.
If your item has not arrived, but has been shipped by us and your local postal company claims it was "Delivered", this is not in our responsibility and we cannot refund this transaction. Depending on the case, we can re-send the item free of charge, or give you a coupon to order something else from our shop. "Delivered" items that have not arrived to your door or mailbox, should be solved with your local postal office, as they marked it as Delivered.
